Spirit Club
Ideally located at the foot of the Raidillon, the Spirit Club enabled several hundred guests to experience the world’s biggest GT race in an absolutely unique atmosphere.
The weekend program included lunch, dinner, open bar access, the pre-race Grid Walk and access to the music concert with Martin Solveig headlining in the fan zone and, of course, the flagship event: the 75th edition of the CrowdStrike 24 Hours of Spa.
So Event’s missions: Design and layout of the space.

Hydrogen at Spa
The aim of the event was to promote the development of clean hydrogen in the Euregio Muse-Rhine (EMR) triangle region. It was an opportunity for a number of these players, including Philippe Henry, Walloon Minister for Climate, Energy, Mobility and Infrastructure, to sign a joint declaration of interest entitled ‘The Francorchamps Hydrogen Initiative’.
The program includes a conference, followed by a walking dinner.
During this event, our mission was to coordinate the various participants, set up the space (sound system, stage, video, furniture), provide advice and manage relations with the press.

For the launch of the new X1 at the Château du Bois d’Arlon, Bilia Emond called on us to organize and coordinate the reveal of this new model during 3 exceptional evenings.
For these events, we provided lighting, sound and space planning with our furniture and organic tent. Guests were entertained by a themed photocall, a live band and giant stilt-walkers.

Belle-Île and Shopping 1
Save the 90
A new mission, a new challenge, with the design and development of events for two well-known shopping centers. The theme chosen by the customer, SAVE THE 90’s!
For Belle-Île, to attract visitors’ attention, we worked on a visual décor composed of various rubik’s cube hangers, smileys, colored ribbons and tetris pieces. Inside this area, visitors could discover a retro gaming zone with arcade terminals and lounges.
For Shopping 1 in Genk, we recreated the living room of a cult animated series. Visitors could take photos of themselves in this more-than-realistic setting.
