Save the 90

A new mission, a new challenge, with the design and development of events for two well-known shopping centers. The theme chosen by the customer, SAVE THE 90’s!

For Belle-Île, to attract visitors’ attention, we worked on a visual décor composed of various rubik’s cube hangers, smileys, colored ribbons and tetris pieces. Inside this area, visitors could discover a retro gaming zone with arcade terminals and lounges.

For Shopping 1 in Genk, we recreated the living room of a cult animated series. Visitors could take photos of themselves in this more-than-realistic setting.

Jungle Adventure Induscabel 2022

Salon Induscabel

This year’s Induscabel 2022 trade show saw guests plunged into the heart of the JUNGLE.

The watchword for decorating ? Green and more GREEN : palms, trees, rocks and bamboo transformed the ambience of the hall.

For a bestial touch, gorillas and orangutans were on hand at !

Have you noticed the new So Event ? Bamboo planters and posts specially designed and developed for the occasion.

The treasure hunt organized throughout the hall and the jungle photocall completed the metamorphosis of guests into true explorers.

A change of scenery is guaranteed !

Rexel: “Let’s reconnect

Three dates, three venues, one event!

This year, So-Event had the pleasure of organizing one of its biggest networking events ever.

On June 9, 16 and 23 in Ciney, Hasselt and Kortrijk, the So-Event team organized the event from A to Z. The aim of “Let’s reconnect” was to introduce customers to Rexel’s various partners.

In the hall, invited customers could meet the partners at the various stands. A variety of activities were on offer, including magicians, caricaturists, masseurs, photo animations, personalized badge creation and virtual reality activities. A buffet and several bars (gin, aperol, mocktail and “Redoutable” beer) were available. The evening was rounded off by a DJ and two well-known cover bands.

The So-Event team went to great lengths to coordinate all these tasks: personnel management (hostesses, stewards, parking boys, bartenders, etc.), management of the partner stands and the various events, as well as coordination with the caterer and the musicians. So-Event planned the entire evening in partnership with the MGS technical team.
