Welcome to Las Vegas – Induscabel 2023

Pour un de nos client, nous avons eu le privilège d’organiser un événement sur le thème de Tomorrowland.

Cette soirée d’entreprise, s’est déroulée à Tour & Taxis, et a rassemblé plus de 1.200 invités pour une expérience immersive, intégralement pensée et orchestrée par notre équipe.

Au programme de la soirée :
Une première partie sobre et élégante avec un discours de bienvenue qui a ensuite laissé sa place à un reveal spectaculaire de la salle pour une ambiance club enflammée.
Des DJs de renom aux platines pour faire vibrer les invités jusqu’au bout de la nuit.
Des animations photos et vidéos personnalisées pour capturer chaque moment et créer des souvenirs uniques.
Et bien sûr, une touche de paillettes pour sublimer la soirée et la rendre encore plus magiue.

Notre mission comprenait l’aménagement complet de l’espace, avec la gestion de la sonorisation, de l’éclairage, des animations et de la décoration.

Cette année, le personnel des 4 concessions BMW Bilia-Emond a célébré la Saint-Éloi, un événement annuel important pour l’entreprise.

Lors de cet événement, notre mission était de coordonner les différents intervenants, d’aménager l’espace (sonorisation, éclairage, vidéo, caméra, scène, animation) et de prodiguer des conseils.

So Event a organisé un événement corporate unique sur deux jours, alliant accueil chaleureux, plénière captivante et workshops.
Le point fort ? La transformation de l’auditoire pour une conférence en un espace élégant pour un walking dinner, réalisée en un temps record.
Pour clôturer en beauté, DJ, performances live, photobooth personnalisé et bar à tatouages ont rendu cette expérience inoubliable.

Vivalia 2024

Happy Hours ...

This year, we once again transformed the cafeterias of Vivalia hospitals to offer staff members two hours of Happy Hours. They had the opportunity to enjoy a glass of wine or a hot chocolate, all coming together in a warm atmosphere.

St-Eloi 2023

An annual event...

This year, staff at all three BMW Bilia-Emond dealerships celebrated St. Eloi’s Day, an important annual event for the company.

For this event, our mission was to coordinate the various participants, set up the space (sound, lighting, video, camera, stage, animation) and provide advice.

Hydrogen at Spa

The aim of the event was to promote the development of clean hydrogen in the Euregio Muse-Rhine (EMR) triangle region.  It was an opportunity for a number of these players, including Philippe Henry, Walloon Minister for Climate, Energy, Mobility and Infrastructure, to sign a joint declaration of interest entitled ‘The Francorchamps Hydrogen Initiative’.
 
The program includes a conference, followed by a walking dinner.
 
During this event, our mission was to coordinate the various participants, set up the space (sound system, stage, video, furniture), provide advice and manage relations with the press.

Rexel: “Let’s reconnect

Three dates, three venues, one event!

This year, So-Event had the pleasure of organizing one of its biggest networking events ever.

On June 9, 16 and 23 in Ciney, Hasselt and Kortrijk, the So-Event team organized the event from A to Z. The aim of “Let’s reconnect” was to introduce customers to Rexel’s various partners.

In the hall, invited customers could meet the partners at the various stands. A variety of activities were on offer, including magicians, caricaturists, masseurs, photo animations, personalized badge creation and virtual reality activities. A buffet and several bars (gin, aperol, mocktail and “Redoutable” beer) were available. The evening was rounded off by a DJ and two well-known cover bands.

The So-Event team went to great lengths to coordinate all these tasks: personnel management (hostesses, stewards, parking boys, bartenders, etc.), management of the partner stands and the various events, as well as coordination with the caterer and the musicians. So-Event planned the entire evening in partnership with the MGS technical team.

Kick-off 2022
