For the Vivalia Group Staff Party, So Event had the pleasure of coordinating this festive evening built around a Far “Wex” theme.

The event unfolded in several stages, spread across two halls of the WEX. Guests were first welcomed in Hall 3 for the start of the evening and the official speeches. The doors of Hall 4 then opened to reveal the buffet-style dinner.

The evening continued with the reopening of Hall 3, where guests discovered a range of entertainment in a western atmosphere.

On the program: photo and video activities, mechanical bull, wooden games, personalized tattoo bar, live band, and an all-round DJ.

Staff Party

On the occasion of the staff party celebrating the 20th anniversary of Carrefour Remouchamps, we had the pleasure of fitting out the refectory of Saint-Raphaël School in Remouchamps. From planning to set-up, we handled the installation of the furniture as well as all the event décor.

For this evening, we created an elegant atmosphere around a gold theme. The large tables were decorated with table lamps, candles and generous centrepieces, while the smaller tables were enhanced with mirrored trays. To reinforce the festive atmosphere, the room was also dressed with golden chandeliers and large golden palm trees.

In terms of entertainment, guests were able to capture the evening with a gold-themed photobooth, have fun at the personalised tattoo bar, and enjoy a DJ set that kept the party going throughout the night.

We had the privilege of organizing the CHU Namur staff party on the theme “dream – imaginary world“.

From brainstorming the evening’s theme (imaginary, magical world) to creating and installing the decor (giant flowers, butterflies, magical umbrellas, wishing tree), our team did everything possible to transform the Ciney Expo space and offer an unforgettable moment to the 1,500 participants at this staff party.

The evening’s program included:

The band Mister Cover and an entertainment DJ to keep the guests dancing until the end of the night.

Personalized photo and video animations to capture every moment and create unique memories.

And of course, a touch of magic with artists to make the event even more enchanting.

Lors de cet événement, notre mission était de coordonner les différents intervenants, d’aménager l’espace comme la sonorisation et l’éclairage, mais aussi des animations  telles que notre photobooth signature, des bornes d’arcade et un magicien.

We had the privilege of organizing the CHU Namur staff party with a “Neon Jungle” theme.
 

From brainstorming the evening’s theme (neon) to the creation and installation of the decor (disco balls and greenery), our team did everything possible to transform the Ciney Expo space and provide an unforgettable experience for the 1,600 participants attending this staff party.  

On the evening’s program:
A renowned DJ at the decks and a saxophonist to keep the guests dancing all night long.
Custom photo and video activities to capture every moment and create unique memories.
And of course, a touch of glitter to enhance the evening and make it even more magical.

This year, we once again transformed the cafeterias of Vivalia hospitals to offer staff members two hours of Happy Hours. They had the opportunity to enjoy a glass of wine or a hot chocolate, all coming together in a warm atmosphere.

An annual event...

This year, staff at all three BMW Bilia-Emond dealerships celebrated St. Eloi’s Day, an important annual event for the company.

For this event, our mission was to coordinate the various participants, set up the space (sound, lighting, video, camera, stage, animation) and provide advice.
