Staff party – Carrefour Remouchamps 20th anniversary

On the occasion of the staff party celebrating the 20th anniversary of Carrefour Remouchamps, we had the pleasure of fitting out the refectory of Saint-Raphaël School in Remouchamps. From planning to set-up, we handled the installation of the furniture as well as all the event décor.

For this evening, we created an elegant atmosphere around a gold theme. The large tables were decorated with table lamps, candles and generous centrepieces, while the smaller tables were enhanced with mirrored trays. To reinforce the festive atmosphere, the room was also dressed with golden chandeliers and large golden palm trees.

In terms of entertainment, guests were able to capture the evening with a gold-themed photobooth, have fun at the personalised tattoo bar, and enjoy a DJ set that kept the party going throughout the night.

We had the privilege of organizing the CHU Namur staff party on the theme “dream – imaginary world“.

From brainstorming the evening’s theme (imaginary, magical world) to creating and installing the decor (giant flowers, butterflies, magical umbrellas, wishing trees), our team did everything possible to transform the Ciney Expo space and offer an unforgettable moment to the 1,500 participants at this staff party.

The evening’s program included:

The band Mister Cover and an entertainment DJ to keep the guests dancing until the end of the night.

Personalized photo and video animations to capture every moment and create unique memories.

And of course, a touch of magic with artists to make the event even more enchanting.

For this major event, So Event had the pleasure of supervising the layout of three mezzanines, two boxes, and the Eau Rouge transformed into a VIP space that was both elegant and inviting.

Our work included:
– Installing dining tables and high tables in various sizes with matching seating
– Setting up elegant arched buffet stations and a bar in Box 300
– Comfortable lounge furniture for relaxation moments
– Planters, a decorative shelf, palm trees, and openwork partitions

Cette année, le personnel des 4 concessions BMW Bilia-Emond a célébré la Saint-Éloi, un événement annuel important pour l’entreprise.

We had the privilege of organizing the CHU Namur staff party with a “Neon Jungle” theme.

From brainstorming the evening’s theme (neon) to the creation and installation of the decor (disco balls and greenery), our team did everything possible to transform the Ciney Expo space and provide an unforgettable experience for the 1,600 participants attending this staff party.

On the evening’s program:
A renowned DJ at the decks and a saxophonist to keep the guests dancing all night long.
Custom photo and video activities to capture every moment and create unique memories.
And of course, a touch of glitter to enhance the evening and make it even more magical.

Pour un de nos client, nous avons eu le privilège d’organiser un événement sur le thème de Tomorrowland.

Cette soirée d’entreprise, s’est déroulée à Tour & Taxis, et a rassemblé plus de 1.200 invités pour une expérience immersive, intégralement pensée et orchestrée par notre équipe.

Au programme de la soirée :
Une première partie sobre et élégante avec un discours de bienvenue qui a ensuite laissé sa place à un reveal spectaculaire de la salle pour une ambiance club enflammée.
Des DJs de renom aux platines pour faire vibrer les invités jusqu’au bout de la nuit.
Des animations photos et vidéos personnalisées pour capturer chaque moment et créer des souvenirs uniques.
Et bien sûr, une touche de paillettes pour sublimer la soirée et la rendre encore plus magiue.
