We set up a marquee to accommodate 500 people for a corporate event combining product presentation and staff celebration.

In just two hours, we changed our set-up from an academic configuration to a festive atmosphere for a Walking Diner.

At the heart of the space, a stage was elegantly dressed with a custom creation for the customer. Our sloping décor, inspired by the Nightclub theme, offered guests a unique experience.

Immerse yourself in an extraordinary evening we organized in a magnificent villa nestled in the hills above Spa.

Inside the villa, we created a Garden Party worthy of the event.

For this evening, the So-Event team took charge of accompanying, coordinating and managing the event.

Spa Revival is first and foremost a gathering of enthusiasts. For 3 days, guests enjoyed a multitude of experiences, from the Classic Tour to rallies, from exhibitions of exceptional cars to discovering the Spa-Francorchamps circuit, all enhanced by unforgettable encounters.

So-Event provided support, coordination and management for this event.

Change your surroundings and plunge into the heart of Las Vegas at the Induscabel 2023 trade show! This year, our guests were transported into the world of casinos.

Giant chips, oversized decks of cards, customized gaming tables, a roulette-shaped welcome arch and a giant illuminated dice transformed our lobby into a veritable casino.

And what would Las Vegas be without its famous chips? Our team brought in croupiers to run blackjack and roulette tables, giving our guests the chance to challenge the odds.

The evening was highlighted by a photobooth in the reception area, where Induscabel customers had the opportunity to take a souvenir photo with Elvis Presley!

So-Event handled the coordination and management of the event.
