Job : Event Manager

Based in Sprimont, our event planning agency is dedicated to turning any event into a unique   experience for your guests. To make this mission a reality, we’re looking for an experienced event manager.

Profile required

• Master’s degree in communications, marketing or business school.
• Proven experience of over 3 years in an events agency or in the events industry in general.
• Good interpersonal skills with customers and suppliers.
• Rigorous, methodical and able to multi-task to manage several projects at the same time.
• Proactive and dynamic.
• Good knowledge of event techniques and the Belgian event world.
• Excellent level of written and spoken French. Knowledge of English is a plus.

Missions

• Project creation
• Define and draw up, in agreement with the technical team, a clear event concept including a plan, detailed budget, moodboard and retroplanning.
• Operational coordination
• Coordinate and pass on detailed briefings to the various teams: graphics, technical, logistics.
• Coordinate all participants before, during and after the event.
• Responsible for customer relations (presentation of offers, follow-up, invoicing).
• Customer portfolio management
• Build, develop and maintain a relationship of trust with customers.
• Monitor the events market and identify opportunities, trends and needs.
• Know and find the best service providers to offer the best customer service.
• Contribute to the agency’s commercial development by
• prospecting for new customers.
